Peggy Pogue Steiner
Clients who work with Peggy appreciate her integrity, thoroughness, and experience in the local market. Through careful listening, she helps clients navigate through the real estate process, providing the communication and information they need to make informed decisions.
A Manhattan native associated with Point Lookout for more than 50 years, Peggy earned her undergraduate degree from Smith College and holds an MBA in Finance from New York University. Peggy worked with the former Meier Realty from 2013-January 2018. Prior to that she was a Gold Level producer for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, and was with the Garden City office of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s. Before entering real estate, Peggy was the Director of Business Development for Rockefeller & Company, and was the top salesperson for U.S. Trust Company of New York, where she established the Garden City office for the firm, as well as working with clients in the New York headquarters.
Peggy is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors. A former Town of Hempstead ocean lifeguard, she enjoys time at the beach whenever possible, volunteers with the Point Lookout-Lido Fire Department as an Emergency Medical Technician, was elected one of five members of the Lido Point Lookout Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners, is a Trustee of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, and serves on its Pastoral Council and the Finance Committee for the Beach Catholic tri-parish.

Elizabeth Mulholland is a lifelong resident of Point Lookout. She was educated at Marymount New York, Manhasset High School and Fairfield University. She has had long, successful career in both finance and the media industry. She is the mother of one son, Gus.

Brendan Cahill is a lifelong resident of Point Lookout, living in a home that has been a part of his family life since 1895. He was educated at Loyola School, New York; Colby College, Waterville, Maine; and Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business, New York. He and his wife Christina have four children and a dog.
